• Manual Admin Approval: Creating an account via Google Sign-In issues an Application Reference Code and grants Free Member (Tier 1) pilot access. Full vault access to ongoing franchise seasons, private blueprints, and the club chat is unlocked only after mutual confirmation and manual administrator activation.

We reject predatory recurring subscription traps. Our membership model is completely transparent:

• Zero Auto-Debit Guarantee: We do not store or tokenize payment cards. Your account will never be automatically charged when your term ends. You decide if, when, and how you renew.
• Alumni Transition: When your active membership duration expires, your account automatically transitions to Club Alumni (Tier 2) or Senior Alumni (Tier 3), retaining account identity and permanent alumni standing.
• Refund Policy: Because complete architectural code packages, unlisted technical deep dives, and private markdown blueprints are unlocked immediately upon enrollment, membership fees are strictly non-refundable once an account has been verified and activated.

The Club Chat and direct channels are designed for technical peer reviews, architecture discussions, and learning. By participating, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful, professional communication with all learners and mentors.
• Never spam, advertise external paid services, or solicit club members.
• Never post or distribute malicious software, reverse-engineered exploits, malware payloads, or pirated copyrighted material.
• Never attempt to spoof, forge, or impersonate administrators, mentors, or other students.

Violation of community standards will result in immediate revocation of chat privileges or permanent account termination without refund.

All materials across metawise.in—including video streaming content, code blueprints, markdown notes, downloadable repositories, and Subra AI system architectures—are the exclusive intellectual property of Subrata Kumar Das.

metawise.in provides advanced educational content in AI systems engineering, prompt orchestration, and software verification. We do not promise or guarantee employment, job placements, salary targets, or investment returns. Your engineering outcomes depend solely upon your individual dedication, rigor, and technical application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, metawise.in and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, downloadable code architectures, or temporary service downtime.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
