We build interactive curriculum, practical labs, and engineering blueprints designed to train software developers and systems engineers into AI Orchestrators, Auditors, and On-Device Deployers.

We operate under a strict Zero Data Selling Guarantee: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal records, emails, or behavioral telemetry with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

We collect only the minimal information strictly required to authenticate, secure, and deliver your learning experience:

• Google OAuth Identity: When you sign in using Google 1-Tap OAuth, we receive your basic profile credentials: full name, verified email address, and profile picture avatar. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Membership & Access Level: We track your verified user tier (e.g. Free Member, Club Alumni, Senior Alumni, Pro Member, or Ringmaster Fellow) and subscription validity window to gate educational blueprints, downloads, and chat privileges.
• Community Chat & Communications: Messages, questions, and timestamps submitted inside our real-time group chat or direct 1-on-1 support channel.
• Zero Payment Card Tokenization: We do not collect or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or CVVs on our servers. All membership onboarding is completed through direct personal communication and verified transfer invoices.

A core pillar of our platform is teaching On-Device Local AI through our mobile application ecosystem, Subra AI.

To operate securely and deliver low-latency performance, metawise.in relies on specific enterprise infrastructure providers:

• Google FirebaseProvides Google OAuth authentication, secure session verification, and real-time community chat synchronization.
• Web & Storage InfrastructureEnterprise hosting servers and secure storage that deliver our web application, course catalog, and authenticated member downloads.
• Tawk.toPowers our real-time customer support chat widget on public landing pages. When you interact with the support bubble, Tawk.to may process your IP address, browser user-agent, and submitted inquiry text solely to facilitate real-time support communications.

We do not use tracking pixels, cross-site behavioral cookies, or advertising trackers. We utilize only strictly necessary storage mechanisms:

• Browser Local Storage: Remembers your preferred interface appearance (tcc_theme: light or dark) and maintains fast client-side course navigation cache.
• Authentication Tokens: Secure session tokens issued by Firebase Auth to preserve your sign-in state across page reloads without re-prompting OAuth.
• Support Widget Cookies: Temporary functional cookies managed by Tawk.to to maintain conversation continuity while browsing different pages.

In accordance with global data protection principles and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), you hold complete ownership over your personal data:

• Right to Access: You may request an export of your stored profile records and course access timestamps.
• Right to Rectification: You may update or correct your profile display name and preferences at any time.
• Right to Complete Erasure: You can request permanent account deletion. Upon verification, your profile, credentials, and message records are purged from our database.
